Projected Hiring Range: $33,000 - $35,000

Primary Purpose of Position: This position will provide administrative and office/procedural support to the Integrated Care Department by performing program administration tasks. Work involves data entry and analysis, data mining, data management, reporting, record keeping, and providing and coordinating the provision of a full range of support activities necessary for the effective management of the department.
Role and Responsibilities:
65% Data Management:
Extrapolate data for monthly reports and or Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and enter and maintain data in all applicable systems and/or databases as per established practices, processes and protocols. It is also essential that all record keeping and data sharing be timely and well documented. Types of data management include, but not limited to the following:
5% Special Projects/Reports:
Design reports for internal and external recipients, which may require independent research. Work with Integrated Care Director, SAMHSA Grant Team and Whole Person Integrated Care team to compile and analyze program documentation for outcome measures, program requirements & quality improvement.
5% Other related projects and duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education and Experience Required:
High School graduate or equivalent and three (3) years of administrative support experience. Extensive knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
Education and Experience Preferred:
Associate Degree in Business or Office Administration field and two (2) years of administrative support experience in a human service/healthcare setting that includes extensive experience in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
